First, the indoor fresh deposit method: sweet potato cold, when the temperature is too low, it may be frozen, forming a hard heart, steamed uncooked, boiled not bad; if the temperature is longer than 18 °C above, will sprout. Therefore, it is better to control the room temperature at about 15°C. Sweet potatoes are affected by moisture, which can easily cause bacteria to attack and cause rot. Therefore, it is best kept in a breathable wooden box. If there are no wooden boxes, put the boards on the place where the sweet potatoes are to be stacked and on the wall, and then cover the piles of potatoes to prevent moisture. In the warm day, open the window and change the air to keep the indoor air fresh but prevent the cold air from blowing in. The sweet potatoes bought from the market are best kept in the sun for a few hours (not to stay overnight outside) to reduce the water content of the wound and promote healing. When taking the sweet potatoes, they must be gently handled to avoid bruising.
Second, steamed and dried after the preservation method: the steamed sweet potatoes, each cut into 3 - 4 pieces, placed in the room or sunny, dry, ventilated place to dry. After the sweet potatoes are steamed, the water evaporates slowly and takes a long time to dry. Be careful not to be exposed to the rain. After drying, keep it in a dry place indoors. Boil before you eat and re-steam.
Third, shredded dried method: Wash and shred the sweet potato, dried in the sun pad, into the sweet potato silk, can be mixed in steamed rice to eat.
