Koi has a beautiful body shape and elegant appearance. It is praised as "live gems in the water." It is a popular ornamental fish and has a broad market prospect. In March 2001, the author conducted artificial propagation and summer flower breeding tests of the Koi carp in the fish cages of the reservoir cages to achieve better economic benefits. The test method has the advantages of saving land, being easy to operate, high yield, high efficiency, etc. The relevant technologies are summarized as follows.
1 Reservoir conditions and cage setup tests were conducted in a valley-type reservoir in the outskirts of Quanzhou. The water surface of the reservoir is 60hm2 per year. The water is fresh and pollution-free. The water is rich in dissolved oxygen. The transparency is above 80cm and the pH is 7.5. The types of cages, specifications and mesh sizes are shown in Table 1.
The size of cage net mesh is timely changed according to the growth condition of seedlings, and the seedlings in the box do not escape. The formula can be calculated according to the formula a=0.100L (where L is the length of the seedling, and a is the length of the single foot mesh). , Allowable error 1mm).
The cages are set in the eastern part of the reservoir area and 450m away from the dam. The surrounding environment is quiet and the traffic is convenient. The net area of ​​the cage area is open, the leewards are sunny and the water body exchanges well. When the lowest water level, the water depth is more than 5m. The structure of the cage is frame floating. , Installation is performed in the usual way.
2 The broodstock bred broodstock was selected from the commercial fish raised in the pond. The male and female broodstock were all 3 years old and weighed 1.50-2.0kg. Choose a healthy, non-injured, disease-free, plump, bright-coloured individual as the parent; broodstock selection is best performed in the fall to gradually adapt to the cage culture environment. The selected broodstock was soaked in 3% to 4% salt solution for 15 to 20 minutes and then stocked in a broodstock incubator for intensive cultivation. In autumn and winter seasons, red tilapia pellet feed is mainly used. Spring water temperature gradually rises, broodstock is fed into the frog pellet feed, in order to ensure the development of gonad gonads on the demand for nutrients. One month before spawning of the broodstock, the male and female brood fish are separately cultivated to prevent loss of natural spawning caused by rising water temperature.
3 The method of spawning of Koi carp prepared from fish nests is similar to that of pupa and pupa, producing viscous eggs. Fish nests are attachments to fertilized eggs that produce viscous egg fish and must be prepared before production. The fish nests used in this experiment were selected from the common fern species Dicranopteris dichotoma in hilly and mountainous areas of our city. According to the author's many years of practical experience, using mango pods as an artificial fish nest for producing viscous egg fish, its egg laying and hatching effects are very good, and it is superior to palm leaflets. Before priming, man-made carp nests are artificially bundled and then soaked in 4% to 5% salt solution for 20 to 30 minutes before drying.
4 artificial labor
In the middle of March and the middle of March, the water temperature in the reservoir area gradually increased. When the water temperature is stable above 18°C, on sunny days, sexually mature broodstock are selected for artificial breeding. Injecting oxytocin was used in the experiment to increase the spawning effect of broodstock and concentrate spawning in a relatively short period of time. On the 6th and 12th of March 2001, a total of 10 batches of oxytocin were produced. The oxytocic drug was LRH-A2. The dose was 2.0 ug per kg of fish, and the male fish was halved. The thoracic cavity was injected all at once. After the injection of the drug, the broodstock was released in cages according to different breeds. Each box was fed with 3 to 4 groups of broodstock. The ratio of male to female was 1: (1 to 1.5). According to the changes in water temperature and the types of injected drugs, the time for spawning was accurately estimated, and artificial fish nests were arranged in time. Artificial fish nests are arranged by conventional methods, and it is advisable to sink 30 cm into the water. The dosage should be moderate and put too much on the spawning effect of the broodstock. Too little will cause the fish eggs to adhere too densely and reduce the hatching rate. See Table 2 for oxytocin production.
5 Incubation is based on the adhesion of fish eggs; in time, the fish nests are moved into hatch cages and hatched. The density of eggs laid in each cage is controlled at 100,000 to 150,000, and the fish nests are suspended below the water surface to avoid exposure to the water surface. (Before the eyes occur), methylene blue 2~3g/m3 per day is used to spit and disinfect the cages and fish nests once to prevent water mold. At a water temperature of 18.5 to 19°C, the fertilized eggs hatched in about 5 days and the fishes began to form a film. The newly hatched larvae were attached to the fish's nest, and the yolk sac of the body was used as a nutrient. During this time, the fish nest could not be turned and removed. In order to avoid causing a large number of larvae to die. 4 to 5 days after the fish hatched, the body's yolk sac basically disappeared, the puffer was already inflated, and the swimming ability of the fry gradually increased. When the free grazing began, the fish nest could be withdrawn to the seedling cultivation stage.
6 Seedling cultivation When the majority of the yolk sac of the fry body is absorbed (mixed nutrition period), it is fed to the cooked egg yolk and white larvae feed that are filtered with a 100-mesh sieve mesh cloth, and the whole box is spilt and fed every day. 6 times. The fry was cultivated for 10 days, and the total length was about 1.5cm. At this time, it was allowed to stop for 1 day, and a 0.2cm mesh net box was replaced, and the box-drainage was conducted. The stocking density per box was 20,000. On the second day after binning, the induction and domestication can begin. Each cage is equipped with a feed table, which is fixed in the center of the cage. The sinker is 50 cm under water and the feed is quail feed or a powdered compound feed with a crude protein content of more than 40%. We began to feed the powdered feed on the feed table. We took feeding 8 to 10 times a day, feeding 15% of the fish's body weight, and after 3 to 4 days of feeding, the fry had In order to adapt to the buoyant focus, you can make a lumpy feed on the feed table and feed it 3-4 times a day. After half a month of feeding, the fry has grown to about 3.0cm. At this time, the 0.5cm net cage should be replaced and the rearing of the cages should be continued. Each cage should be stocked with 5,000 to 6,000 fish. After the boxing, the buoyant red tilapia pellet feed with a particle size of 1 mm was tamed and fed 2 to 3 times a day, and the feed amount accounted for 8% of the fish's weight. In the future, according to the growth of the species, the cages of different meshes can be replaced in time, and the grain size and feeding amount of feeds can be adjusted at the same time.
7 Daily management and fish disease prevention larvae to juvenile stage, due to the small net cage mesh, the stocking density of fry is high, the residual bait in the cage, fish excreta and attached algae can easily plug the mesh, affecting the box The exchange of water, resulting in deterioration of water quality, fish seedlings lack of oxygen and cause a large number of deaths, therefore, should be particularly strengthened management, cleaning the cage every two days, often check the cage, found that damage repair in a timely manner to prevent seed escape. Prevention of fish diseases adheres to the principle of prevention and prevention and control. During the cultivation of the seedlings, the surrounding water body is sterilized and prevented from disease on a regular basis. Every two weeks, chlorine dioxide 1g/L is sterilized and sterilized with water, and is sterilized once a day. For 2 to 3 days in a row, the bag is regularly sterilized and prevented by a bleaching bag. Fry infected with hydromycosis is soaked with 3% saline for 3–5 minutes or with 0.4% baking soda and salt solution.
