Calcium belongs to the middle-quantity element, although the content in soil is more abundant, but the content of available state is lower. Especially in recent years, calcium-containing fertilizers such as calcium superphosphate have been withdrawn from the market, and farmers have been investing less calcium in the soil, resulting in a decrease in the content of available calcium in the soil. Some crops have exhibited calcium deficiency symptoms, and the performance of fruit trees is particularly evident. However, excessive application of calcium fertilizer is also detrimental to the growth of fruit trees. Calcium Deficiency Symptoms The loss of calcium in the fruit tree is primarily caused by damage to the root system. The root tip stops growing and the root system becomes smaller. Root rot often occurs. The young leaves on the ground are distorted, the leaf margins are deformed, the leaves often have spots or necrosis, and the terminal buds are easy to die. Apples: The new roots stop growing, the roots are short and inflated, and the roots recoil. The young leaves first faded and necrotic spots, and the edges and tips of the leaves sometimes curled downwards. Older leaf tissues may appear dead. The fruit is prone to calcium deficiency diseases such as bitter pit disease, water heart disease, and pox spot disease. Grapes: young leaf veins and veins retreat, followed by needle-like necrotic spots near the edge of the leaf. The top of the stem is dry. Peach: The young shoots at the top of the shoot are dried along the midrib by the tip and the leaf margin. Severe calcium deficiency disorder when the top dead branches, a lot of deciduous, short roots, showing a bulbous shape, there is a small amount of linear roots after the root retraction dry. Citrus: Calcium deficiency disease mostly occurs in the spring shoots of June. The first manifestation is the apex yellowing of the spring leaves, and then it expands to the leaf margin. The diseased leaves are narrower than the healthy ones, and are long and narrowly deformed. The diseased leaves fall off in advance. There are dead branches in the upper part of the crown. A large number of flowering, young fruit is severely shed, mature fruit is malformed, taste acid, and low solids content. Strawberry: young leaves may die, or only part of the leaflets and lobules suffer, and sometimes appear reddish brown near the base of the leaflets. The root system was the first to suffer, the root tip shrank, and the root system was short. Tips and leaf margins were burn-like, with veins turning green and brittle. Calcium Excess Symptoms Excessive calcium in the soil will increase the pH, which will affect the absorption of Other elements, such as the effective absorption of iron, zinc, manganese, boron, copper and phosphorus, causing a corresponding deficiency of the disease. Prevention of calcium disorders When calcium deficiency occurs in fruit trees, 0.3% to 0.5% of monobasic calcium phosphate solution can be sprayed on the new leaves at the growth stage, sprayed once every 5 to 7 days, and sprayed twice or three times. If the acidity of soil is too large, lime fertilizer should be applied or lime and gypsum (about 5 kg per acre) should be mixed with organic fertilizer. For orchards with severe calcium deficiency, both nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers should be controlled. When the orchard soil has excess calcium, acidic or physiological acidic fertilizers should be used, especially for calcareous soils. Sulfur powder can be directly applied, with a dosage of about 13 kg per mu.
Seed
processing plant is a complete set production line composed
of seed cleaning and treating procedures. Seed cleaning procedure will remove
the dust, big size impurity, small size impurity, stones, immature, eaten,
sicken seeds out. Seed treating procedure will coat the protective chemical
film on seeds' surface to improve seed germination rate. One Seed Processing Line normally including
following equipment: seed cleaner, Seed Grader , de-stoner, Gravity Separator , Seed Coating Machine. We will offer particular plant solutions for every
different seeds processing requirements. Oversea installation and training is
available.
We built over 10 sets seed processing
plants at home abroad. Following are two cases reference.

cleaner & grader, 5XZ-10 gravity separator, 5XFJ-10 seed Grading Machine , 2 sets 5BY-5B seed
coating machine and 2 SETS DCS-50B Bagging Scale System.
Wheat
seed processing line working flow:
Wheat huller: Hulling and removing the husk
on wheat seeds
Seed cleaner & grader: Removing the
dust, oversize and undersize impurity
Gravity separator: Separating the immature,
eaten, sicken, moldy, bad seeds.
Grading machine: Grading wheat seed by size
difference to 2 levels
Seed coating machine: The two different
level seeds go to different seed coating machine for chemical dressing.
Bagging Scale : Finished wheat are being
weighted and packed to bag.
