Single-tube preheating can generally increase the oil temperature to 56-75°C and reduce fuel consumption by 5-6%. Second, double tube pre-temperature. Each end of the exhaust pipe of the diesel engine is drilled with a hole of 17 mm in diameter, and a 500-mm-long iron pipe is passed through. The iron pipe and the exhaust pipe are welded firmly, and the pre-temperature pipe is inserted into the iron pipe. The tubing connector screws are welded at both ends of the tubing, one end of the fuel oil filter of the oil filter, and the other end of the fuel pump inlet tube. With double tube preheating, the diesel temperature can generally be increased to 65°C and the fuel consumption can be reduced by 6-10%. It is worth noting that the optimal temperature for diesel pre-heating is 65-75°C, and the low-temperature fuel-saving effect is poor. Excessive temperatures will increase wear.
