It may happen that when you use the cake display cabinet, it will stop working. At this time, many businesses do not know what caused the cause, do not know how to deal with it, the following is for everyone to analyze the reasons why the cake display cabinet does not work.

First analyze the power from the cake cabinet connection. If the compressor does not show any signs of operation after it is energized, you should first check if the refrigerator compartment light is still on. If you open the door and find that the light bulb is not lit, you need to disconnect the power supply and use a multimeter to measure whether the power supply voltage is 220V. If the measurement is that there is no voltage or the voltage is low, you should ask a professional electrician to re-route. If the measurement knows that the power supply voltage is normal, the inspection should be focused on the cake cabinet.

Then see if there is a problem with the circuit. After checking that there is no problem with the power supply, if the light bulb in the cabinet is still not bright (the bulb should not be lighted first or the bulb caused by the lamp circuit problem is not illuminated), the junction box of the cake cabinet should be opened and the inlet end of the power box of the junction box should be measured. Voltage. If not, the power cord has an open circuit fault and you need to replace it with a new one. If there is, you need to measure the voltage at the incoming end of the thermostat; if not, it means that the circuit in the cabinet has an open circuit fault, you need to open the cabinet to re-route or re-wire outside the cake cabinet. Regarding the failure of the power cord disconnection inside the cabinet, there are many occurrences in actual maintenance. Under normal circumstances, there are many zero-line breaks. At this time, the ground wire in the cabinet can be used instead of the neutral wire. It is important to note here that the ground wire on the cabinet should be removed to prevent the neutral line from being grounded.

Then we have to see if there is a problem with the thermostat. If it is detected that there is voltage in the incoming line of the thermostat, the next step is to use a multimeter to measure whether the thermostat is conducting (here, it is necessary to measure whether the thermostat inlet end and the compressor plug-in end are conducting). If it does not conduct at normal temperature, it indicates that the thermostat is faulty and needs to be replaced with a thermostat. (It is best to replace the thermostat with the same model of the original factory when replacing. Because the thermostats of different models and different manufacturers do not open or stop. The same, it may cause non-stop or abnormal shutdown ratio. After eliminating the thermostat and power failure, you can use a multimeter to measure whether the compressor terminal has 220V voltage. If not, it means that the line from the thermostat to the compressor has an open circuit, and it is necessary to open the cabinet for maintenance or additional wiring. .

Finally we have to check the compressor problem. If it is checked that the terminal of the compressor has a voltage display and the voltage is normal, the compressor still does not respond. Try changing the starter relay and protector. If the starter relay and the protector are replaced, the compressor will not reflect at all when the test is turned on. At this time, there are two possibilities: 1 the compressor is damaged. 2 line problem.
