Common faults and troubleshooting methods for high pressure blowers

(1) The fan does not rotate

(2) Increased noise

1, bearing dry lubrication - plus bearing grease

5. There is foreign matter in the high pressure blower - remove foreign matter or replace the pump head

(3) Increased vibration

3, spindle deformation - replace the spindle or pump head

4, the working state enters the quake zone - adjust the working state, avoid the quake zone

5, the inlet and outlet ports into the filter blockage - cleaning filter

(4) Increase in temperature

1. The inlet temperature is too high - lower the inlet temperature

2, bearing dry lubrication - plus bearing grease

3. Reduced efficiency of high pressure blower - remove leaf dust or replace pump head

4, work status changes - adjust the working status

5, the ambient temperature increases - increase the environment ventilation

(5) Pressure reduction

1. The pump head speed is reduced - the power supply voltage is low or the motor is faulty.
