棣棠 (Figure)

Dichondra, also known as *Elaeagnus pungens*, is a deciduous shrub belonging to the Rosaceae family. It is native to regions ranging from the Yellow River basin to southern and southwestern China. This plant typically grows upright, with green, ribbed branchlets that can reach heights of 1.5 to 2.0 meters. Its leaves are alternate, ovate to elliptic-ovate in shape, and feature serrated edges. The plant produces solitary flowers on its branches, with five golden-yellow petals that bloom from April to May. As summer begins, these bright yellow blossoms sway gently on the soft branches, creating a striking visual display. The fruit is an achene, dark brown in color, and develops on a disk-shaped receptacle, with the sepals remaining attached. While it is admired for its summer blooms, its winter foliage also adds interest, making it a versatile choice for gardens. In landscape design, *Elaeagnus pungens* can be planted in clusters along fences, walls, water edges, slopes, or forest borders. It also works well as a hedge or when combined with rockeries. It thrives in semi-shady conditions and has some tolerance for saline soils, though it prefers neutral soil types. For propagation, ramets or cuttings are commonly used, especially in northern China. Before spring growth begins, old roots are dug up, and the roots are cut into sections, with the branches removed. These cuttings are then planted in moist soil. Watering should be done two to three times initially, followed by regular watering. Before winter, enough frozen water should be provided to ensure survival. Cutting propagation is usually done in early spring. During pruning, select well-lignified branches about 10–15 cm long and insert 3–5 cm of them into loose, previously tilled soil. Spacing can be adjusted based on the desired density. Keep the soil consistently moist until the cuttings root, after which normal care can begin. During the growing season, regular watering and weeding in summer are essential. After autumn, prune old branches and spent flowers lightly. Apply organic fertilizer twice a year—once in spring and once in autumn—and provide sufficient water before winter to protect the plant from cold. Pests such as brown spot and codling moth may appear during summer and autumn. To manage these, you can spray a 150–200 times dilution of Bordeaux mixture or 65% dexamethasone WP at 500 times dilution every 10–15 days. In June, spraying 90% trichlorfon at 1000 times dilution is effective, but be cautious with dimethoate and dichlorvos, as they may cause leaf burn. It’s better to use them sparingly or avoid them altogether.

One-click Video Measuring Machine

One-click flash tester, also known as One-click fast measuring instrument and One-click fast image measuring instrument, is widely used in the measurement and detection of die-cutting products, mobile phone cover plates, mobile phone glass, PCB, springs, screws, precision hardware, machined parts, and other products. Once used, the one-button flash tester does not need a fixture, and the product can be placed arbitrarily. The full-size measurement of the product can be completed with one button, with high efficiency, high accuracy, and simple operation.
