In recent years, due to the depletion of squid resources, production has been declining year by year, so the artificial breeding of squid has attracted more and more attention. There are many advantages to using cages for breeding squid: First, it is convenient for husbandry and management; Second, special fishing nets are not required for harvesting, and water can be raised once, or water can be sold at different times as needed to facilitate transport and storage of live fish. The regulation of the market; the third is to be able to adapt to the development of mechanized operations and modern breeding techniques. The techniques for the rapid development of squid cages are described below: (a) Net cages and their arrangement The squid cages for quick-growing cages are generally woven from polyethylene threads and have a specification of 40 meters, 4 meters and 2.5 meters. The size of the mesh depends on the specifications of the species of herring, so that the principle of not escaping fish, water exchange, and food leakage on the bottom mesh is the principle. If the species of bream with more than 100 grams per tail is stocked, the mesh size is 2-3. cm. Because it is necessary to feed regularly, the cage is suitable for open type, and the setting method is frame floating. The cage should be set up in a place with good water quality and a water depth of more than 3 meters. It should also have conditions such as micro-flowing water, sheltering, sunny, and wide water surface. Large reservoirs should be equipped with suitable cages in Kuwan, and small reservoirs should be equipped with cages in waters not far from the dam. (2) The most suitable temperature for the growth of carp and their stocking carp is 20-25°C, and the stocking time is appropriate from the end of May to the beginning of June. The larger the size of the stocking species, the better, generally it is 100-200 grams per tail, and the stocking density is 35-40 tails per square meter. When stocking should be carried out at 6 to 8 o'clock in the morning, the difference between the water temperature of the fingerling and the water temperature of the reservoir is small. (3) Feed and its feeding into the squid net cage Rapid growth is mainly fed with fresh animal food and artificial compound feed. With feed protein content of 40% to 45%, the main raw materials are fish meal, silkworm cocoon, meat and bone meal, enteric coating powder, blood meal, yeast, dried cake, wheat, corn and so on. Its reference formulation (%): fish meal 37, silkworm cocoon 15, blood meal 15, yeast 4.5, dried cake 5, wheat 17, corn 4, additive premix 2, binder 0.5. According to the formulation, crushed, processed into 2 ~ 3 mm particle size, dry storage. Here we must emphasize two points: First, all kinds of raw materials should be crushed very fine, it is best to achieve more than 40 mesh fineness; Second, the stability of granular materials in water can maintain 1.5 to 2 hours, that is to say Be sure to use a better performance adhesive. After the fish is put into the box, the feeding is stopped for 1 to 2 days in order to adapt to the cage environment. Two days later, a small amount of feed can be set on the food table in the periphery of the cage. (Each cage can use 4 to 6 0.3-0.4 square meters of bamboo sieve, 0.2 meters deep. Suspended near the bottom of the box), attract fish to feed, feeding 5 to 6 times a day, so that after 7 days, the fish can reach artificial diet with pellet feed. Then it enters the normal feeding stage and feeds twice a day on the morning and afternoon. The daily feeding amount is generally 4% to 5% of the fish weight in the box. Carp has nighttime feeding habits, so the amount of feeding in the afternoon should be more appropriate. How to determine the appropriate amount of feed it? One is to calculate the daily feed usage based on the daily feed rate; the second is to check the presence and quantity of the residual food; third is to carefully observe the change of fish shadow in the “second floor water” under the feeding point at the feeding time. At the beginning of feeding, the fish intensively rushed to eat, the shadows were large, the inside of the box was rolling, and after the climax of feeding, the shadows of the fish became smaller or disappeared and the water surface became calm, and the feeding should end at this time. (IV) Management and Measures The cages should be guarded by dedicated persons and adhere to multiple inspections every morning, evening, and evening to observe fishery and water conditions, and in particular to prevent floods from flushing away cages and stranding of cages during withdrawal. Prevent enemy damage to cages and prevent debris from sinking into cages. In addition, cages should be washed once every 10 days, especially after the flood, to remove debris and excessive algae, and keep the exchange of water inside and outside the cage open. (v) Fish diseases and their prevention and treatment of squid body plates, less natural predators, and short history of artificial breeding, and their epidemic and fulminant diseases are rare. Most of the existing reports are caused by deterioration of water quality. We should do a good job of prevention and control of water quality control and adherence to prevention. Specific approach: before the cage water is soaked with lime water or bleaching powder, and 7 to 10 days in advance of the water, so that algae attached, so as not to damage the skin surface after the fish into the box; fish into the box first disinfection, with 3% ~ 4% salt water soak for 15 to 20 minutes, usually dead and injured fish to follow the fishing, to prevent pollution and cross-infection; every 15 to 20 days per box with lime 2 ~ 3 kg of water sprinkling box and nearby Waters, once a day, for 3 consecutive days; daily must remove the residual baits, wash the table and dry, the surrounding table should be regularly sprinkled with quicklime water disinfection, in order to enhance the carp's feeding and reduce the occurrence of fish diseases. If trichodiasis, oral filariasis, and gingival apostrophes occur during feeding, potassium permanganate 2 mg/l or copper sulfate 75 mg/l may be used for prevention and treatment; if bacterial enteritis occurs, it may be used to contain trimethoprim. 2% of the baits were fed and cured for 5 to 6 days.
