The two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. The chemical cleaning has less labor, the cleaning time is short, the cleaning is thorough, but the reaction kettle may cause corrosion of the equipment; the mechanical cleaning will not cause corrosion to the equipment, and the hard dirt can be effectively cleaned, but the duration and labor High intensity. Therefore, chemical cleaning is applied to soft and thin working conditions, and mechanical cleaning is applied to hard and thick working conditions.
