The first egg-laying period of the cherry grazing duck can be divided into four stages: the first stage of laying is 20-25 weeks old, the first stage of laying is 25-30 weeks old, and the peak period of egg production is 30-48 weeks old. 48-66 weeks old is the late stage of laying. In these four stages, the main points of feeding and management are different. 1 Early and early egg production

The young ducks are physically strong and energetic when they start production. The main point of feeding and management at this stage is to push the egg production rate to the peak as soon as possible.

1.1 Nutrition According to the rising trend of egg production, the nutrient concentration of the diet is increased, and the feed intake is increased to meet the nutritional needs of the egg production. The use of egg production at the age of 20 weeks requires a gradual increase of crude protein from 15.5% to 19% to 19.5%. The feeding mode transitions to free feeding, and feed intake is generally seen in the female duck group (21-22 weeks). Immediately after each duck 6 to 10 grams per week increased the amount of feeding, prompting ducks to rapidly increase the egg production rate to the peak.

1.2 Seeing an increase in egg weight The initial egg production weight is about 60 grams, and by the age of 30 weeks it should reach the standard egg weight (85-90 grams). In the early and early stages of egg production, egg weights are constantly increasing, and the weight gain is fast. This shows that the management is better, the momentum for weight gain is slower or the egg weight fluctuates. Find the cause from feed nutrients and feed intake.

1.3 Looking at the rising trend of the egg production rate The egg production rate at this stage is increasing continuously. By the latest 32 weeks of age, the egg production rate should reach more than 90%. If the egg production rate fluctuates or even decreases, attention should be paid to the health condition of the ducks, the nutrient concentration of the feed, and whether or not mildew occurs in the feed.

1.4 Pay attention to the changes in body weight. The standard body weight of 20-week-old ducks for cherry grazing is 3125-3150 g for female ducks and 4105-4130 g for ducks. In the early and early stages of egg production, fasting is performed on a weekly basis and the body weight is stable. This indicates that proper feeding and management, and a significant decrease or increase in body weight, indicate problems in management. In general, the mother duck will not have too much nutrition during this period, and it is important to prevent undernutrition and duck body weight loss, but at the same time prevent the natural mating of the duck from gaining weight.

1.5 Strengthening Sanitizing Work The sports field and the surrounding environment should be disinfected once a day. The duck house should be kept clean and dry. It is necessary to prevent the use of ducks when the egg production rate reaches 50% and 90%. Generally, 0.2% of strong mold must be used. Suyuan powder spices feeding.

2 Peak of egg production

The focus of feeding and management at this stage is to maintain high production, and strive to maintain the peak of egg production until 48 weeks of age.

2.1 Nutritional requirements to meet the high-yield diet can increase the protein content can reach about 20%, while the appropriate addition of methionine + cystine, requires more than 0.68%. To properly replenish the appropriate calcium and phosphorus, and mix in the diet of vitamin A, D and cod liver oil, a variety of vitamins, etc., can also be added to the diet in bone meal or shellfish piled on the playground, so that ducks feed freely. In summer, it is appropriate to feed green feed to increase the appetite of ducks and ensure that each duck feeds about 240 grams per day.

2.2 The amount of feed should be properly controlled. The average daily feed intake of each duck is 225-250 g. Too much feed will cause waste of cost on the one hand, and it will cause over-fertilization of the male duck on the other hand, affect the fertilization rate of eggs. .

2.3 Pay attention to the health status of ducks. Ducks with high egg production rate are full of energy. After diving into the water for a long time, the feathers are smooth and wet after landing. The duckling production rate will not decline. Sinking indicates that the duck is undernourished or has a disease. Immediate measures should be taken to supplement animal protein feed or prevent disease. Keep the environment quiet and avoid stress affecting egg production and egg quality.

3 Late egg production

3.1 Supplementary Proteins and Minerals Properly supplement animal protein feeds to increase essential amino acid content. Observe changes in eggshell mass and egg weight. If eggshell quality declines and egg weight is reduced, cod liver oil and inorganic salt additives can be added. It is better to place inorganic salt pots and let them feed freely. To overcome the impact of climate change, the change in the microclimate within the duck house should not be too great. Timely elimination of disabled, sub-species ducks, and obsolete mother ducks.

3.2 Appropriate cuts Since the ducks have been fully matured and the egg weights remain stable, the demand for nutrients by the female ducks starts to decrease, and should be reduced as the egg production rate declines. The reduction in material consumption can be based on tentative reduction: Each duck is reduced by 3 grams per day and fed for 4 days. If the rate of egg production declines during this period is large, the raw materials should be immediately resumed; if the rate of egg production falls down, it is proved that the reduction is correct and the materials should be reduced continuously in this manner.

3.3 to prevent fluctuations in management to maintain 16 hours of light each day, such as when the egg production rate has dropped to 60%, you can increase the number of hours until the elimination of light. Operating procedures and keeping environment as stable as possible to avoid large fluctuations.

Containerized Oxygen Cylinder Filling System

ETR can combine all parts of the Oxygen Cylinder Filling System into a customized container, including air compressor, refrigerate air dryer, filters, buffer tanks, Oxygen Generator and oxygen booster and cylinder filling station.

Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main plant to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The plant produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure. With an oxygen booster,  the oxygen pressure can reached to 15Mpa and fill in cylinders.
