The fuel supply advance should be a bit early. Some drivers often prefer to use earlier when adjusting the fuel supply advance angle of the diesel engine. However, a premature fuel supply advance is also detrimental to the diesel engine's operation and too late a supply advance.
The oil should be added a little. If the engine oil is low, the oil will be sucked. The oil pressure will drop, and the oil will not reach the lubricating surfaces. This will accelerate the wear and tear of parts and even cause tile burning accidents. Therefore, some drivers like to add a little more oil at a time, greatly exceeding the stipulated line, so as to achieve once and for all. As everyone knows, too much oil can cause many undesirable consequences.
The diesel engine speed should be a little lower. Many drivers do not want the diesel engine to work at the speed of use. They think that the low speed will not cause a failure. In fact, too low speed will also have some negative consequences: First, too low speed will reduce the output power of the diesel engine, reducing its power; Second, too low speed will cause the speed of the various components to work, will deteriorate the parts Work performance, reduce the output pressure of the oil pump, etc.; Third, reduce the reserve power of the diesel engine, so that the diesel engine that should be in normal operation is at full load or overload; Fourth, the rotational speed of the working mechanism of the linkage mechanism is too low. Lowering will reduce work performance.
The water temperature should be lower. The diesel engine water temperature use requirements are clearly defined. However, some drivers prefer to adjust the outlet water temperature very low. Some of them are close to the lower limit of the outlet water temperature, and some are lower than the lower limit. They believe that the water temperature is low, there will be no cavitation in the pump, the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted, there is a safety factor in use. In fact, as long as the water temperature does not exceed 95°C, cavitation will not occur, and cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted.
