The concentrated pulp is poured into an enamel pan and scraped into thin slices of about 0.3 to 0.5 cm in thickness. Baking temperature should not be too high, such as reaching 70 °C will affect product quality. 4, finishing, packaging. Heat the dried fruit peels from the enamel tray and put them on the baking tray to dry the surface. Cut into slices with a knife, roll into rolls as required, sprinkle a layer of sugar on the finished product, and package it with transparent cellophane or food bags.
