1. Outside the special safety tunnel furnace with operating conditions, the explosives, pressurized containers or combustible materials must not be placed in the tunnel furnace. Otherwise, it may cause an explosion and cause serious industrial disasters.
2. Combustibles include: flammables, oxides, pyrotechnics and flammable gases. The tunnel furnace should be handled with care.
3. When processing powders or substances that are prone to powder or dust, the processed materials must be placed in a mesh tray that does not cause the particles to scatter, in order to prevent the high flammability dust from entering the heater.
4. Please refer to the company for special design processing when ordering such materials. ,
5. The exhaust pipe should be kept unobstructed. If it is installed, please clean it regularly.
6. When the tunnel furnace is warming up, please open the damper to avoid air explosion.
7. The grounding wire must be connected, and it should be implemented in accordance with the electrician's regulations for every three grounding methods (100Ω or less).
8. It is strictly forbidden to operate the power of the tunnel furnace. The main power supply must be cut off before it can be repaired.
