There are five methods for the identification of agricultural machinery parts:

First, the sensory identification method:

Such as cracks, breaks, bends, twists, corrosion, fatigue damage, etc. of the parts, can be visually identified; whether the parts are connected tightly, whether the parts themselves have cracks, etc., can be tapped with a small hammer, with the sound of the voice turbid Ear hearing identification; some parts cracks can be applied by immersion after oiling, and then use a small hammer to lightly identify whether there is oil oozing out; can also shake the matching parts by hand to initially identify the size of the matching gap.

Second, the gage measurement identification method:

It is a relatively accurate identification method to check the fit size, clearance, surface shape and positional deviation of the parts with various gauges. Commonly used measuring tools include rulers, steel tape rulers, calipers, thickness gauges, vernier calipers, centimeters, dial gauges, and the like.

Third, the sample inspection and identification method:

First, the standard template is made according to the technical requirements. When the identification is performed, the identified parts are compared with the sample to see if the deviation is within the allowable range. This method is simple and practical.

Fourth, special instrument inspection and identification method:

For example, use a magnetic flaw detector to check cracks or voids inside the part; use a water pressure tester to check the sealing performance of the container; use a spring elastic tester to check the spring force state; use a static or dynamic balance test stand to check the balance state of the rotating parts.

5. No disassembly identification method:

It is the working condition of the parts under the assembly conditions, measuring tools or other instruments, measuring the various horizontal or vertical or oblique distances of the matching parts with nearby parts, or checking the sealing, linearity or matching gap size to judge the working state of the parts.
